The setup fee covers one kickoff and the initial brand configuration. Advertising spend, photography, inbox/community management, video production, and deployment migration are outside this scope. Additional work is quoted before it starts.

Can I stay on Rallylane after managed support ends?
Yes. Move to a software-only plan and keep your brand knowledge, content, and media in the same workspace. We agree the end date and billing transition before managed support ends.
Can I take over the complete project?
Yes. We provide the agreed source bundle, workspace export, assets, and operating guide. Running it yourself also means owning hosting, AI, social-provider, and maintenance costs. We scope that transition with you so nothing essential is left out.
When do you turn off human review?
Only when the authorized workspace manager chooses to do so and the organization’s policy permits it. We start with review enabled and use your feedback to improve the brand direction.
What happens after I send a request?
Your request is saved for the Rallylane team to review. We will use the contact details you provide to discuss fit, scope, and timing. Sending the form does not create a subscription or charge a card.
